Twinnings Chai

Mmm spiced tea is great well stewed with a splash of milk and a heap of sugar gives a proper Indian feel, really nice quite apt as it gets wintery as the spices are really warming.
Quite a cool find really and every sip evokes stunning memories of raves festivals in the UK and being in India, just stepping back and drinking chai when it all started getting a bit much, just chilling sorting your head out and then whoosh back on your feet and getting back down and grooving…

Interesting…

Well it was for me Sainsbury’s arrived with two vans and two drivers when they delivered my groceries this week, not I may hasten to add because I’d ordered a lot, rathey they were training a new driver.

I was quite refreshed to hear that the regular driver was showing the new driver the usual customers so that he had no bother on his round.

Really impressed they were both ace really nice guys we had a proper bit of banter, I like it when that sort of thing happens, it’s just so rare these days.

Mmm lunch

I’ve started treating myself to something a bit special on a Friday lunchtime, just to relieve the monotony of sandwiches. The past few week I’ve been going to Abokado on Fleet Street, the food is fantastic. It also has the advantage of the food being take away if you want it so that you’re not constrained by the location or have to endure the pointless drawl of “professionals” prattling about nonsense on their mobile phones. Today I had Chicken Teriyaki noodle soup which rocked, really really good.
